Kayan Foundation signs an agreement with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to rehabilitate and empower youth and women breadwinners economically
Kayan Foundation signed a contracting and financing agreement to implement works with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, under the umbrella of Takaful and Karama – Opportunity Program for Economic Empowerment
The “Forsa” project is considered a project for the rehabilitation and economic empowerment of youth and women breadwinners who are beneficiaries of Takaful and Karama, and its scope of work includes the governorates of Beni Suef and Assiut.
It is worth noting that the “Forsa for Economic Empowerment” program is one of the programs of the Ministry of Social Solidarity for economic empowerment and escaping poverty, and aims to support women, youth and low-income families in integrating into the labor market and economic independence, through a system of encouragement, motivation and support in training or obtaining a job or establishing successful productive activities, or entering into projects across value chains to help them move from aid to financially and economically independent production, and it also aims to form a network of services and activities that work to enhance the spirit of work and production.
