The Kayan Foundation for Community Development, at all levels of its structural work, welcomes the decision of the National Elections Authority No. 18 of 2023 regarding accepting the Foundation’s previously submitted request to register in the database of civil society organizations to monitor the elections and entitlements for the upcoming presidential elections, which are targeted to be held during the coming month of December inside and outside Egypt.
Based on this decision, the Kayan Foundation begins preparing the executive plan to monitor this important entitlement, and consults on the follow-up and monitoring mechanisms targeted to be used to perform the Foundation’s role and represent it within civil society institutions in accordance with this decision.
